Christine Champagne is a cultivation production/specialist and has been involved in the green industry for more than 30 years with a primary focus on improving plant propagation that improves plant growth rates, yields, quality while reducing labor cost and other costs associated with production. Ms. Champagne has developed training courses and methodologies and has implemented them with industry leaders who saw increased production output and quality while simultaneously lowering production unit costs. MS Champagne takes an integrated product management approach that incorporates standard production procedures at all touch points of the production cycle.
A second generation cannabis grower, Ryan has led commercial teams at large scale facilities in Denver. Having taken multiple cultivation facilities from HPS to LED lighting solutions, he now assists our customers in North America and Europe in developing strain-specific lighting strategies and understanding the benefits and environmental conditions of growing with LEDs.
Kevin Biernacki is the expert behind our all-natural products. Before joining The Grove, he spent ten years in Humboldt County studying organic horticultural methods. Which made him the perfect person to spearhead the design and construction of our eco-friendly indoor cultivation facility, from the ground up.
Kevin ensures that every plant we cultivate adheres to our exacting standards of quality. Through it all, he oversees a highly trained team of trimmers, growers and support staff who are dedicated to putting the utmost care into growing medicine that make people well.
Andrew Sigler is currently the Operations Manager at Experience Organics (EXO), a Tier 3 Recreational Cannabis Producer/Processor in Washington State. He consistently seeks out new techniques to utilize in the cultivation process to better produce sustainably grown, quality cannabis.
Andrew joined Experience Organics in 2016 as their Production Manager, when the company transitioned to the recreational cannabis market. In that role he successfully managed the production of approximately 80 pounds of product per month using 207 Heliospectra LX601C LED lights. Andrew has extensive practice in plant production, including horticulture and farming experience that he gained at Gallatin Valley Botanical, an organic vegetable farm in Montana.
In May of 2019, Andrew promoted to Operations Manager, where he managed the production, processing, and sales of the product. In his new role, Andrew has been instrumental in doubling sales at EXO while building relationships with the industry’s top retailers. Andrew’s passion for the industry drives him to continually strive for improvement, evident in the essential role he plays in the company’s expansion. EXO plans to double its production capacity within the next year.
Andrew strives to produce clean and sustainable cannabis for an affordable price. On his free time, he enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, and biking with his girlfriend and two dogs.
