Heliospectra, the industry’s most proven intelligent LED lighting solution for greenhouse and controlled plant growth environments, is seeking a Sales Associate to support East Coast regional sales operations and management of commercial horticultural projects from start to finish in the United States. As a Sales Associate, you will play a central role in strengthening and growing Heliospectra’s market position and footprint. You will be responsible for building and managing your sales pipeline of growers and commercial producers and driving sales in your region.
The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen and customer service skills to support execution of projects and contract requirements. The ideal candidate for this role will be a technically competent and collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills who can work autonomously and be self-directed.
You will work together with your direct supervisor to create business development plans that match the company’s objectives to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. Via the company’s CRM system, you will keep track of all customer records. You need to be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time, some short notice travel may be required. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States markets. You will assist and support the Regional Sales Manager in all phases of sales process from pre-planning through project closeout with clients and partners.
